Success for FC Vorkuta’s players abroad
Clayton Brown – a former player for the University of Wisconsin Soccer Team was training and practicing with FC Vorkuta to be on its roaster prior to and during Covid-19 disaster.
FC Vorkuta saw Clayton’s potential to become another Canadian international soccer star and negotiated Clayton’s tryouts for a Ukrainian soccer club. The Ukrainian soccer club liked him so much that they invited Clayton to their pre-season camp in Turkey in February, 2021.
FC Vorkuta, being true to its desire to develop Canadian soccer, successfully participated in reciprocity with Ukrainian soccer world and sent Clayton Brown to that pre-season camp in Turkey in February, 2021.
While Fadi Salback continues to impress the soccer fans and experts it appears to be a high chance that at the end of the camp the Ukrainian club will sign Clayton Brown – another FC Vorkuta’s Canadian young soccer star .
During FC Podillya’s last exhibition game both FC Vorkuta talents played an instrumental role with Fadi Salback scoring two goals while Clayton Brown completed a hat-trick with 3 goals during the second half of the game.
Clayton Brown’s coach Wayne Simmons and Steve Kokkoros, the manager of Thornhill Soccer Club, are also proud for excellent developments in a professional soccer career of one of their young players as well as with a proven successful relationship with FC Vorkuta.
Together we all are proud of being instrumental in actual professional development of Canadian young soccer players. Excellent news for the Canadian soccer development scene!!!
