Two goals by midfielder Dmytro Polyuhanych gave FC Vorkuta a 4-2 come-from-behind victory over expansion team Kingsman FC.

Vorkuta took a 1-0 lead at 26 minutes at the Ontario Soccer Centre when striker Mykola Temniuk picked up a loose ball to score from six yards. The score stood for just three minutes when Kingsman’s Valerii Yarmosh beat two defenders in a solo effort to find the open net and Yarmosh struck a second goal for Kingsman at 31 minutes, a picture goal from a volley just inside the box. It was 2-1 for Kingsman at the break.

Each team had a player ejected following a second caution for both players in the second half. F Vorkuta’s Mykola Temniuk was shown a second yellow card and this was followed by Kingsman midfielder Stanislav Katana also being sent off.

Vorkuta, the defending CSL champions, took control as the second half progressed and substitute Dmytro Polyuhanych headed in the equalizer from a rebound off Kingsman goalkeeper Hryhorii Krasovskyi, a 2-2 score at 82 minutes.

Midfielder Ihor Melnyk put Vorkuta into a 3-2 lead at 93 minutes, finding the net from a cross by Vadym Gostiev and Dmytro Polyuhanych made it 4-2 for the home side at 95 minutes, just before the final whistle.
